Czech description: Křižíkovo náměstí kolem roku 1890.
Až do roku 1928 se náměstí jmenovalo Husovo, později Riegrovo, po druhé světové válce Rooseveltovo, od 50. let Antonína Zápotockého. Kromě jména se několikrát změnily téměř všechny budovy i parter. Zmizela městská váha i kašna a po roce 1930 na jejich místě vznikl kruhový objezd. V té době byl i nárožní hotel (po přestavbě „Grand Hotel“) zvýšen o patro. Na pravé straně ještě stojí stará kovárna. Vedle ní pak vyrostlo zastupitelství Škodových závodů a obchod „U Kulíka“. Drobné stavení za váhou ustoupilo secesnímu činžáku s věžičkou.
