I think this is the weir of the former Matoušovský (earlier perhaps Kobrzkova) Mill, accessible from Dražice. The hill behind the weir is called “kobylí hlava” (“mare’s head”; in the 1960s it had that shape); a road from Dražičky runs below it. Jiří Lauda
