While looking for information for a survey of meteorological columns that is currently being prepared, I went through, among other things, a booklet marking the 30th anniversary of the founding of KČT Tábor. I noticed several photographs in it that I remembered from your website. Since the publication appeared on 1 December 1922, we can establish with complete certainty an upper limit for the date of the following images: deska0566 (by coincidence we established the lower limit last year), deska0562, deska0272 and deska2537. For the last of these we can also establish a lower date using information I wrote some time ago on our club website, www.volny.cz/kct-tabor/cesky/fontana.htm: “In 1920 KČT Tábor had a statue with a fountain erected in Hus Park in front of the railway station; it was called Girl with a Jug. It was created by Tábor native V. Suchomel, professor at the sculpture school in Hořice.” R %Cerný
