Another traditional Tábor craft was cloth making. Drapery frames were usually found in gardens and more remote places. The ingenious structure served not only to dry cloth from the fulling mill but also to stretch it. Emperor Leopold I approved the “Articles of the Tábor cloth makers” (3 November 1660), which was important for the development of crafts here; for example, they include a provision concerning apprentices.Please help us to date the photograph.
