Troufl bych si dát identifikaci s profesorem Pelhřimovského gymnázia Františkem Šafránkem, který se narodil 12. září 1855 v Táboře a 12. září 1877 se oženil s Marií Ctiborovou narozenou 8. května 1869 v Táboře č. 6. Jeho potomci myslím ještě žijí v Praze, ale zatím nemám kontakt.

Na portrétu je zachycen můj příbuzný Vojtěch Šafránek (1870-1938, viz přiložené foto jeho náhrobku na hřbitově v Čekanicích), knihkupec a knihtiskař z Tábora č.p. 1283, takřka Váš soused (viz ještě desky 2629, 1087 a 5821).
