Description:: This is quite certainly Vladimír Kvěch from Pražská Street, where he had a fashion shop. He was the brother of my grandfather, Ing. Josef Kvěch, and the above-mentioned Bohumil was their uncle, that is, the brother of their father Josef Kvěch, a teacher at the boys' elementary school in Tábor, where he worked until 1905, when he applied for retirement.

As for dating this photograph, I would assume approximately the year 1905, since judging by another family photograph from that year, the appearance could approximately correspond.
