The photograph "Transport of a locomobile" shows a product of the Lanz company of Mannheim, Germany. The locomobile is brand new and was probably photographed on its way from the railway station to its destination, perhaps a sawmill, where these machines were typical. I estimate that the photograph dates from the early 1920s. Ing. Jan Palas
