Description:: Thanks, this is an absolutely amazing photograph. As for the dating, I would say it is from the period when he was already working on his own, i.e. after 1876. And I would venture the claim that it is shortly after the adaptation of the house, since the house has an almost new façade, thus soon after 1876, when the adaptation allegedly took place. So around 1880–82. The archive in České Budějovice would certainly help determine the other construction circumstances more precisely. It therefore seems to me to be a relatively early photograph; do you think so too, comparing the glass, emulsion, etc.? Pavel Scheufler.
