Since Jaroslav, the newborn held in his mother’s (my great-grandmother’s) arms, was born on 23 March 1910, this photograph was taken in the summer of 1910.
Jaroslav drowned four years later at the weir in Pelhřimov, so this is the only photograph in which his appearance has been preserved for us.
