Ignác Šechtl made large study of
Czech national costumes from Blata and Tábor before they have been
re-newed and simplified during the national revival in second half
of 19th century. The photographies are often reproduced in the
literature about garbs. In this gallery you can see selection from
the negatives as well as few later photographies of costumes made
comercially druing the national revival period.
