Josef Jindřich Šecht (1877–1954): May: Looking towards Koželužská (Tanner) Street, 1900–1905

In house #173 on the left, in Kotnov Street, the products of the mill of Václav Kvěch, “na Papírně”, are being offered for sale. After 1906, the new house with the corner bow-window was occupied by Jaroslav Maria (real name Mayer), a writer of Jewish origin.
