Thir, 1920 uvádí: "..čísla 51 a 52 byla v nejnovějším čase v jednu budovu spojena...Potom jest majetnicí Anna Pelhřimovská, a r. 1904 Marie Klášterková. Tato prodala dům mlynáři Václavovi Kvěchovi, jehož zeť, stavitel Ant. Neuman, jej přestavěl docela ve slohu barokovém, jenž do úzkých táborských ulic mnohem lépe přiléhá než okázalá secese.B.
