Description:
If you do not know of another possibility, it could be the founder of the Černovice Sokol unit, Augustin Koudela.

At a public meeting on 10 January and a constituent general meeting on 27 March 1897, the local Sokol was founded. In Černovice, 52 members enrolled, among them almost all members of the Bělohrobský theatrical association and the Reading Society. The first chief instructor was Augustin Koudela, a native of Prague, who came up with the idea of founding it. MUDr. Matěj Krajc, the district physician, who had taken up his post a year earlier and remained the local physician for almost forty years, was elected president.

The Sokol members planned a Sokol Day for 1934, to which they invited a hundred guests of honour (including the unit's founder Augustin Koudela, then a metal manufacturer from Prague) and all friendly associations from the Tábor, Pelhřimov and Kamenice regions.
