Ignác Šechtl and Josef
Jindřich Šechtl: May
Ignác Šechtl
and Josef Jindřich Šechtl
Tábor from the north. Why
should the master Šechtl have a penchant for shooting scenes that
do not show anything interesting? After all, if the same shot were
taken today, in the foreground there would be an architecturally
impressive shed, allotment gardens and a large new car park down in
the valley! Instead, we only see a path, trees, grass, a town in
the distance, otherwise nothing, nothing at all, not even a plastic
bottle on the ground to revive this boring picture just a little
bit...
