Josef Jindřich Šechtl: Horticultural Show, 1920

The exhibition grounds of the South Bohemia Horticultural Show were designed by garden architect Josef Kumpán from Roudnice on the site where the municipal court had been before its destruction by fire. The show itself took place throughout September 1920, but several accompanying events had taken place from April of that year: a flower parade, a cherry show, exhibitions of summer fruits, roses, flower arranging, and decorative work.
